Gwyn Williams is a movement based therapist and the founder of Zen Thai Shiatsu. For over 20 years he has built a world wide reputation as a leader in the field of healing and yoga. He has a training and education business called Zen Thai which is a fusion of Zen Shiatsu, Thai Massage and Osteopathy.
In this episode we talk about the bridge between body work and yoga - touch. We discuss the modern challenge of adjusting in yoga and the ways skillful teachers can work around this with awareness and compassion.
Gwyn is a champion of building heartfelt community and empowering his students to find their unique voice and expression. We talk about learning to be comfortable with where you are at in life and his own journey into the 'puberty phase' of elderhood as he finds himself shifting into a role of leadership and legacy.
Gwyn is the author of two books and runs a wonderful healing yoga centre on the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
