Tess Graham is a physiotherapist who established Australia's first dedicated breathing clinic 27 years ago. She is the director of Breatheability International is accredited with the Buteyko Breathing Method and is the author of two books - Relief from Snoring and Sleep Apnoea and Relief from Anxiety and Panic. She has helped over 6000 people to make simple changes to their everyday breathing to get immediate results from asthma, snoring, sleep apnoea, anxiety and panic.
In this episode we discuss breathing in yoga, pranayama techniques, the difference between slow and deep breathing, Wim Hof breathing and also useful cues for yoga teachers to use when instructing the breath in their yoga classes.
